Loft conversion 

South East London - Year 2013

This project was particulaly challenging because of the nature of the existing truss roof.  These roofs are not normally financially viable for conversion because the roof stucture is supported in the loft space by strutts which would need to be removed.

We used a new innovation in loft conversions which enabled us to construct a structurally sound floor and support of the roof without changing the roof structure and no steels were used.

The results were well received by both customer and building control.

House renovation

Bromley - Year 2009

A complete refurb was the request on this beautiful property in Bromley.

Everything from a small side extension, new central heating to a lovely kitchen with underfloor heating was acheived in the terrible winter of 2009 in just 3 months.

Kitchen

Bexley - Year 2012

This was a relatively simply kitchen design with contemporary styling.

Glass finish was the main feature on this project with beautiful Fusia upstands and super smooth white glass finished appliances.

Colour changing light where installed so as to enhance the colour of the glass.
